  1. Urgent steps should be taken by NOSPETCO to slavage families that are faced by hunger as a result of non payment of returns. Investors must not be made to die.
Management of NOSPETCO must communicate with investors. The commucication gap aggravates the situation.

  2. The company called NOSPETCO have been deciving the investors on the payment issues since may 2007.

It is very unfortunate that such a big company speciallise in decing (telling lies) the investors who gave you cash to carry on the business.

If they are no longer in business they should let the investors know the true position of things. Also i will appreciate if the Government could stop every operation they are doing and ask the management of NOSPETCO to refund the investors money because the have killed many souls in this business. The company is a registered company, and they have regulatory body that control their activities they should liquidate the company, sale the assets of the company and pay the investors back their money.
    thanks

  3. The Managing Director or CEO as they normally calls his is not a good business man. How can he use peoples money to buy ship, everybody know the process at which ship load and off loads its goods.

He should remember that he pays interest to investors who gave him money to run the business. Since they appoint consultant to restructure the company, they have trained those consultants on how to tell lies to the investors that they are writing individual cheques i wonder how many months it will take them to write cheques of the investors. I will like to ask a question. The investors to NOSPETCO are they up to 1 million investors?. Even if they are up 1million since 7 month ago they would have finished writing cheques.

The management of NOSPETCO recruited some people called consultant and trained them on how to tell lies to the investors, but they should remember that GOD exist what ever they are doing they should remember GOD first. People have invested their hard earn money retirement benefits as they are not working again, that may be there source of income to train their children and there source of living.

SALA and Christmas is at hand nothing to use in buying food sturf and children wears not to talk of school fees against January 2008.

If you can not pay investors their interest, please for God seek pay them their capital back that will be a source of joy to them. The management of NOSPTCO are not caring. We have reecived more than enough lies of this pahyment of return.

    Thanks

  4. NOSPETCO management are armed robbers. Doing business with a Nigerian is very risky.

Blacks know how to defraud people by setting up company that can gather money from public and run away with the money.

Government should withdraw their licesen and instruct EFCC to prosecute them for defrauding people.

    Thanks

  5. Nigerian Government should please look into NOSPTCO activities and see how they are defrauding people of their hard earn income in the interest of investment opportunities.

It is only government that can rescure the investors out of this problem. Over seven (7) months the investors have not been paid their returns yet the company claimed that the company is still alive. It might be possible that the company is into illegal business their activities should be examined.

If they claim that they are into oil business does it mean that they are no longer selling the oil again?

The company and teh management is only interested in turning around investors money (both capital and interest to make money for themselves and enrich themselves.

The investors are aware that government are not aware when we went into contract with them, but there should be regulatory body that regulate every business in Nigeria so please the regulatory body should close down NOSPETCO company and sale there property and settle investors to aviod more death of the investors.

    Thanks
