At times, when an opportunity stares us in the face, rest in our palms, chases us around to grab it, we tend to take it for granted, simply because our natural mindset believes “nothing good comes easy” on that premise we turn towards getting things the hard way, believing the harder it is to get, the better or more original it is.
And someone once said the best things in life are free...
That was what happened to me when Holidays and Cash travel program was introduced to me by the founder, Mr Michael Faust and some of the pioneer members of the program before the roll out of the program.
Admitted, I have been involved in several Multi level Marketing (MLM) programs in the past, some I earned the promised take while some have not been fruitful but in all, I have netted far more than I invested in the scheme.
Before the trial period and official roll out of Holidays and Cash, I had the rare opportunity to be inform of the project, I was hunted on Skype, via SMS, phone, emails, chased around on yahoo messenger and Facebook by the founder and pioneer members in Nigeria and India and some of my very close friends to a look at the program content; no way, I am out and no longer interested in MLM I told them, at a point I got so fed up and had to ask some of them if I must be in the program for it to succeed?
Guess you know why, because it came to me too easy, I didn’t have to go out and research for it like I have done now on my own.
All this happened more than a year ago...
Since then a lot of good things have happened to Holidays and Cash without my presence, the company is fast gaining roots worldwide and testimonies are flying everywhere without a single input from me besides publishing an article or two about them.
Some of the testimonies surprising are coming from some of my close friends and past team members who were smart enough to have a more flexible mindset to issues than myself after our initial agreement to quit MLM for good.
It always pays to have a flexible mindset to issues, at least take a look at it and decide rather than throwing everything away.
I blanked out of MLM then not because of the stress involved in cycling (that I consider interesting!) but because at a point I felt the board system we were operating then was unfair to some while at the same time more than fair to a few. Few benefits while many did not because of a reward process that rewards only the leader and leaves the followers dry in most cases.
It was supposed to be a team building thing where the up line (sponsor) supports the down line (newbie) and down line now an up line to another down line supports his down line to become an up line to another down line and so on.
This was not happening because the board matrix system we were using then splits and separates up lines from down lines leaving the down lines struggling on their own.
Out of desperation for some down lines to move up and split a board, they duplicate themselves while some up lines in their thirst for more money duplicates themselves after making a successful cycle.
Thereby creating stall boards because a board that is suppose to take 3, 5 or 7 different people from different teams to split (depending on the MLM) ends up with 1 or 2 same individuals struggling to split it.
The resultant effect was of course no one moved and almost everyone lost; sad enough the board system encourages people to duplicate themselves!
So many other issues resulted in the almost dead state of the board matrix system and frustrated so many people out of a system that a lot of people was suppose to benefit from on a turn by turn basis, but the part I considered the most painful was the issue of up lines abandoning their down lines.
MLM to be honest is an exciting experience for people who are interested in making money; like every other business, it has its challenges which are very interesting for those who love marketing and networking.
One of the strong points of an MLM is encouraging one another to grow and apart from the fact that it’s an opportunity to earn an extra income outside your regular job or business.
I know a lot of smart people who earn far more income through MLM than what they earn in the regular jobs without affecting their current job performance.
My first one million Naira cash was earned through an MLM platform in just 6 weeks!
MLM provides a solid networking platform for people for from all works of life, unifying them by the single purpose of uplifting their current social status.
I made a lot of close friends whom we speak at length on phone till date and the first time we ever to get to see our faces were either through Facebook or some other social networking platforms or by chance meetings locally.
Back to the purpose of this article, I have since realised my mistake and have recently retraced my steps back to MLM through Holidays and Cash Travel and reward program (After all it's better late than never) because it happened to have answered most of my questions and have aligned itself to my belief on what a fair MLM program should be... encouraging one another to succeed.
Holidays and Cash is an online binary system of MLM where an up line is only entitled to 2 down lines and his rewarded for the third sale attached to one of his down lines; meaning if up line A has succeeded in making his two successful sale (down lines B & C) he is only rewarded when either B or C makes a sale (down line D) and the circle repeats itself every three sales done by the team.
The system attempts to eliminate the process of duplication of account (mentioned earlier as one of the demerits of board matrix system) in its quest to make everyone a winner.
I used the word “attempt” because I know it is still exposed to account duplication because the current process of checkmating dual account registration is through mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses of applicants but I agreed it’s a step in the right direction and subject to further improvements.
Another unique thing about Holidays and Cash is the weekly payout to cyclers every week - Sundays.
I fancy their easy registration payment system which is very transparent, stress free and does not encourage confusion.
With them you can either pay your registration fees ($250 or 40,000 Naira – Nigerians) through online banking, domiciliary account, Master Card or Visa card or direct purchase of voucher from their approved distributors advertised on the payment section of their website.
Please note payment is valid for one year from date of registration.
They have made the MLM thing more interesting through professional innovative thinking; one of such act is motivating outstanding members by rewarding them with Cash, brand new cars and an all expense trip to different countries depending on the member’s position every quarter.
In the coming days I will be writing more about their interesting travel packages and the exciting reward program that comes with purchasing it, what it takes and steps to succeed in this type of MLM, strictly for those interested in taking charge of the lives and damning the global recession challenges.
Give it to them, Holidays and Cash is it!
